Do you require a booking deposit?

Yes, a small deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking and the remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before the hire.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most Debit/Credit cards & Bank transfers.

Do you have age restrictions?

Unfortunately yes. The criteria set by our insurers’ state a minimum age of 25 & maximum age of 75 years old. (However, anyone aged between 76 and 79 can be considered on a case by case basis and are likely to have a higher excess stipulated by the insurers. Please contact us with your details).

What documents will I need to hire a campervan?

Each driver will be required to complete the Hire Agreement & Driver Declaration, and provide their Passport and Driving Licence and two recent utility bills as a proof of address. (These must be dated within the last 90 days of the hire period). You will also be required to provide a DVLA licence check code.

Can we have more than one driver?

Yes no problem – it’s only £8 per day for each additional driver. Each driver will be required to fill in the additional driver section on the booking form in advance. All drivers must be present at the time of the collection of the campervan and provide the same documents as the main driver as specified above.

Can I take my dog?

Yes no problem – furry friends can join in on the fun too (so long as they weigh less than 25kg).  All we ask is a small charge for a deep clean and changing of seat covers post hire.

What time can we pick up our campervan?

Collection times are agreed by prior arrangement and are usually between 3 – 5 pm

Are your hire periods flexible?

If you have any requests outside of our hire periods, please contact us with your requirements and we will see if we are able to accommodate them.

How does the handover process work & how long will I need?

Please allow 1 hour when you collect the vehicle.  We will do a ‘walk round’ with you to show you how everything works and answer any questions you may have. We will also do a vehicle check together to make sure you are happy before you leave us.  Please also allow an hour upon return, for you to unload your belongings from the vehicle & for us to check the van together.​

Can we take the Camper to Europe?

No unfortunately not at the moment, but we are planning to offer this in the near future.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is your documents, bedding, clothing, toiletries and food.

Can we smoke in the van?

We operate a strictly no smoking policy in our vans, tents and awnings.

Will the campervan need fuel when I collect it from you?

No. The fuel tank will be full and ready to go for your convenience. We request that you also kindly return it to us full.  (A charge of £30 plus the cost to ‘top up’ will be deducted from the security deposit if the tank isn’t full on return).

Are my personal possessions covered by the insurance?

Unfortunately, no. The insurance cover is for accidents and breakdowns only. Any items being towed or carried on the bike rack are covered Third Party only. Therefore we strongly recommended you take out your own travel and personal insurance to cover all eventualities. (Don’t forget to also check your personal insurance / travel policy for your bike cover as this isn’t covered on the vehicle policy).
