Please allow 1 hour when you collect the vehicle. We will do a ‘walk round’ with you to show you how everything works and answer any questions you may have. We will also do a vehicle check together to make sure you are happy before you leave us. Please also allow an hour upon return, for you to unload your belongings from the vehicle & for us to check the van together.

No. The fuel tank will be full and ready to go for your convenience. We request that you also kindly return it to us full. (A charge of £30 plus the cost to ‘top up’ will be deducted from the security deposit if the tank isn’t full on return).
Unfortunately, no. The insurance cover is for accidents and breakdowns only. Any items being towed or carried on the bike rack are covered Third Party only. Therefore we strongly recommended you take out your own travel and personal insurance to cover all eventualities. (Don’t forget to also check your personal insurance / travel policy for your bike cover as this isn’t covered on the vehicle policy).
